📝 Ingredients:
Roasted makhana (fox nuts)
Roasted peanuts
Tomato, finely chopped
Onion, finely chopped
Green chilli, finely chopped
Coriander leaves, chopped
Baked sev or fried sev
Lemon juice
For Roasting Masala:
Ghee
Red chilli powder
Amchur powder
Chaat masala
Salt, to taste
Turmeric powder
Jeera (cumin) powder
For Garnish:
Baked sev
Pomegranate seeds
Coriander leaves

Dry roast makhana until crisp.
Heat ghee in a pan and add red chilli powder, amchur, chaat masala, salt, turmeric, and jeera powder.
Add roasted makhana and toss well until evenly coated with masala.
Transfer to a bowl and add peanuts, tomato, onion, green chilli, coriander, baked sev, and lemon juice.
Mix gently. Garnish with extra baked sev, pomegranate seeds, and coriander leaves.
