Ingredients:
• Bread slices
• Butter
• Garlic (crushed)
• Mushrooms (chopped)
• Spinach (chopped)
• Sweet corn
For White Sauce:
• Butter
• All-purpose flour (1 spoon)
• Milk
• Oregano
• Chilli flakes
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (optional)
Recipe:
• Heat a pan and add butter.
• Add crushed garlic and sauté lightly.
• Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
• Add spinach, then sweet corn.
• Mix well and take this mixture out in a bowl.
White Sauce (same pan):
• Add butter, then 1 spoon all-purpose flour.
• Cook for a few seconds, add milk and stir till smooth.
• Add oregano, chilli flakes and salt.
Final Step:
• Mix the white sauce with the mushroom-spinach mixture.
• Shape the bread into round pieces.
• Spread the mixture on the bread.
• Grill on a tawa or pan on low-medium flame.
Tip: For extra cheesy taste, add mozzarella cheese on top before grilling.
