INGREDIENTS -20 Pieces

Minced chicken – 400 g
Potato :raw, boiled & mashed
– 400 g
Onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
Fresh coriander – 2–3 tbsp, finely chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1–2, finely chopped
Salt – To taste
Achari masala – 1 tbsp
Oil – Just enough to grease the pan or air-fryer basket

STEP-BY-STEP METHOD
1. Add minced chicken, mashed potato, onion, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, salt, and achari masala to a bowl.
2. Mix everything well until evenly combined.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions.
4. Shape each portion into small patties.
5. Cook:
• Air-fry: Cook at 180°C for 12–14 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
OR
• Pan-fry: Shallow fry using just a little oil, cooking on medium heat until golden on both sides.
6. Serve hot with your favorite chutneys.
