Its winter time!! My mom prepares Ladoo at this time with lots of dry fruits. I have tried to give it a twist and prepared healthy bars.

Ingredients:-
1/2 Cup Cashewnuts
1/2 Cup Pumpkin seeds
1/2 Cup Almonds
1/2 Cup Pistachios
1/4 Tsp Black Salt/ Himalayan Pink Salt
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 Tsp Unsalted Butter (Optional)

Steps Involved:-
1) Chop Cashewnuts, Pumpkin seeds, Almonds, Pistachios
2) On Medium mode stove, roast chopped nuts for 3-4 minutes
3) Add Black Salt/ Himalayan Pink Salt, Cinnamon powder, Honey, butter and mix for 2-3 minutes
4) Place silver foil in a tray and pour the mixture
5) Level it
6) Keep in freezer for half an hour and later cut it into pieces
7) Keep it again in freezer for 3-4 hours
8) Bars are ready!!

It is better to keep it refrigerated
