Til Gud Paratha is a traditional winter special recipe made with roasted sesame seeds (til) and jaggery (gud). This healthy and delicious paratha is rich in nutrients and perfect for cold weather.
In this video, I show you how to make Til Gud Paratha easily at home.
First, take a medium-sized ball of dough and roll it flat.
Apply ghee evenly on the rolled dough.
Sprinkle white and black roasted sesame seeds evenly.
Then sprinkle gud (jaggery) powder on top.
Fold everything together to form a ball of dough again.
Gently roll it flat into a paratha.
Heat a pan and roast the paratha from both sides, applying ghee until it turns golden brown.
Your winter special Til Gud Paratha is ready to serve.
Enjoy this sweet and nutritious paratha with milk, curd, or on its own.
