-2 Tsp Onion Powder
-2 Tsp Italian Herb Seasoning
-2 Tsp Salt and Pepper

Alfredo Sauce:
-3 Cups Low Fat Cottage Cheese (330g)
-4oz ⅓ Fat Cream Cheese (113g)
-1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk (118 ml)
-60g Parmesan Cheese
-2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
