Ingredients:
-12 Just Bare Chicken Strips (558g)
-12.5 Cups Shredded Hash-browns (850g)
-6 Eggs
-2.25 Cups Egg Whites (552g)
-0.75 Cups Bacon Bits (84g)
-1 Cup Reduced Fat Cheese (112g)
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Tsp Pepper
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.) Bake chicken strips per package, then chop.
3.) Whisk eggs and egg whites.
4.) Combine chicken, hash browns, bacon, eggs, salt & pepper in baking dish.
5.) Top with cheese; bake 35–45 min until set.
6.) Cool 5 min, divide into 6 containers.
