Ingredients:

Moong sprouts 1 Cup
Ginger 1/2 inch
Garlic 2 cloves
Green chillies 2
Onion 1 small
Finally chopped Spinach 2 Cup
Boiled peas 1/2 Cup
Paneer/ tofu 3/4 Cup
Boiled sweet potato a small pc
Soaked poha 1/3
Coriander leaves a handful
Mint leaves 8-10
Salt to taste
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 Tsp
Garam masala 1/4 Tsp
Amchur powder 1/2 Tsp
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Chat powder 1 Tsp
Crushed Black pepper 1/4 Tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 Tsp
White sesame seeds 2Tsp
Oil 1 Tsp

Boiled/ steamed beetroot – 1 small
Ginger / green chili- Optional

Curd/ yogurt 3/4 Cup
Salt to taste
Beetroot paste 2-3 Tbsp
Cumin seeds, curry leaves tadka
Roasted peanuts

Green chutney
Tamarind chutney
Crushed peanuts
Pomegranate
