Corn Chaat Bowl 🌽🥗

Ingredients
For the base:
Lettuce- 1.5 cup (chopped)
Onion- 1.5 (chopped)
Tomato- 1.5 (chopped)
Cucumber- 2 (chopped)
Masala corn- 125g (sauteed with 1 tsp oil, salt to taste, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala)
Low fat paneer (brand Milkymist) – 150g (sauteed)
For the dressing:
Hung curd- 170g
Garlic- 3-4 cloves(chopped)
Honey- 1 tsp
Oregano- 1 tsp
Chilli flakes- ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Method:
-In a large bowl, add lettuce, onion, tomato, and cucumber.
-Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, sauté sweet corn with the spices until lightly roasted.
-In the same pan, sauté paneer until lightly golden.
-Add the masala corn and paneer to the salad bowl.
-In a separate bowl, mix all dressing ingredients well.
-Pour the dressing over the salad, toss well, and enjoy fresh.
