Healthy Dry Fruit Balls Recipe:
Ingredients:
Pistachios – 1 cup
Almonds – 1 cup
Cashews – 1 cup
Melon seeds – 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds (Til) – 1 cup
Soft dates – as required for binding
A pinch of salt
Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
Method:
Take all the dry fruits – pistachios, almonds, cashews, melon seeds, and sesame seeds – and blend them well in a food processor.
Add soft dates gradually to the mixture until it reaches a sticky consistency that can hold together.
Add a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Blend again until everything is mixed evenly.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
Store these balls in an airtight container. They can be kept for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or about 1/2 month in a cool place.
Eat 1–2 balls daily as a healthy and energy-boosting snack.
