Today I’m sharing one of my favorite high-protein fruit smoothie recipes, perfect for busy or lazy mornings when you still want proper nutrition.
This smoothie is blended with Taiwanese oolong tea–flavored protein powder, frozen fruit, and milk. It’s smooth, light, naturally delicious, and has no added sugar.
🥤 Recipe:
• 200 ml milk
• 2 scoops protein powder (oolong tea flavor)
• 2–3 pieces frozen banana
• Frozen blueberries
Adding blueberries makes the texture lighter and the flavor fresher compared to banana alone. It pairs perfectly with tea-based protein and keeps me energized throughout the day.
