INGREDIENTS

▪️1 cup yoghurt
▪️1/4 cup maple syrup
▪️2 eggs
▪️1/2 cup milk
▪️1 cup of oats
▪️1 and 1/2 cups of oat flour
▪️1 tsp baking powder
▪️2 tsp cinnamon

Cinnamon swirl: 2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp melted butter, 3 tbsp maple syrup

METHOD

▪️Preheat oven to 180c
▪️In a bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients, then add in the remaining ingredients. Mix until just combined
▪️Pour into a prepared baking tin.
Mix together the cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over the cake mixture. Use a knife to make swirls.
▪️Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
