Moong dal 1/2 cup
Instant/ Rolled oats 1/2 cup
Beetroot- 1 medium
Green chilli 1
Ginger 1/2 inch
Garlic 1 clove
Water 1/2 cup
Salt – to taste
Stuffing :
Oil 1 Tsp
Onion 1/2 cup
Red, yellow, green capsicum 3/4 cup
Paneer/ Tofu 3/4 cup
Salt – 1/2 Tsp
Pepper- 1/2 Tsp
Oregano seasoning 1 Tsp
Siracha hot sauce 1 Tsp
High protein spread:
Hung curd 1/4 cup
Coriander mint chutney 2 Tbsp
Soaked cashew 8-10
Foxnuts 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1 Tsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
Sugar 1/2 Tsp
