– 3/4 Brown Onion
– 1/2 C Parsley
– 1/2 C Coriander
– 1 Lemon (juiced)
– 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
– 2-3 Garlic Cloves
– Sesame Seeds
– 1/3 C Chickpea Flour (or any kind of flour)
– Spinach
– Cherry Tomatoes
– Cucumber
– Red Onion
– Olives
– Vegan Mayo (or whatever you want to serve it with)
Sweet & Sour Tofu Bowl:
– Sweet & Sour Tofu Nuggets from Coles
– Dairy-free Butter (for cooking)
– 1 Bunch of Kale
– 1 Bunch of Asparagus
– Cherry Tomatoes
– Bacon Seasoning (from Woolworths)
– 1 Rice/Quinoa Cup
– Hummus
– Paprika
– Balsamic Vinegar (opt.)
