FULL RECIPE ⬇️

INGREDIENTS (~2 servings)
– 1 english cucumber
– 1 cup cooked jasmine rice

Tuna Salad Mixture
– 2 cans of @safecatchfoods Ahi Yellowfin Tuna
– 1 tbsp fresh minced minced garlic
– 1/4 cup sliced green onions
– 4 tbsp avocado mayo
– 2 tbsp sriracha
– 2 tbsp honey
– Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder all to taste.

Honey Sriracha Mayo (Combine all ingredients)
– 1/3 cup avocado mayo
– 1.5 tbsp sriracha
– 1.5 tbsp honey
– 1/2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar

Toppings:
– Sliced green onions
– Sesame seeds

Note(s): Measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking.

DIRECTIONS
1. First, make the tuna salad by adding all of the ingredients to a large bowl then mix till well combined.
2. Next make the sauce by combining all of the ingredients.
3. Cut the cucumber into ~4 inch logs then slice them down the middle. Scrape out the seeds and some of the cucumber to make little boats.
