Dinners that helped me lose 25 kgs
1️⃣ Masala Dalia – cooked with lots of veggies. Very filling & good for digestion. Added paneer/soya chunks for protein.
2️⃣ Upma – light, easy to digest. Kept portion to 1 bowl only.
3️⃣ Ragi Soup – high fibre, controls cravings. Topped with paneer cubes.
4️⃣ Besan Chilla – protein-rich. Added veggies, had with curd.
5️⃣ Moong Dal Chilla – soaked dal, blended & cooked. Very filling.
6️⃣ Masala Oats – oats + veggies + spices. Added paneer/soya chunks.
7️⃣ Uttapam – thick dosa style with veggies. Limited to 1 piece.
8️⃣ Dal/Kadhi Chawal – YES I ate rice 😌 Only 1 small bowl. Extra dal for protein.
9️⃣ Plain Dalia – light dinner, tiny bit of ghee.
🔟 Poha – with peanuts & veggies. Portion controlled.
