High Protein Spicy & Creamy Soya Salad
Detailed recipe:
Sauté 120g of boiled soya chunks in 1 tsp olive oil and your favourite seasoning.
For dressing: Add 80-100g of low fat paneer, 5-6 garlic cloves, soaked red chilli, salt, 90-100g Greek Yogurt, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1 tsp honey and blend well. Then add chopped coriander and half a lemon.
Now in a bowl, add 100g of steamed and chopped broccoli, sweet corn, 1 sliced onion, the sautéed soya chunks and the prepared dressing.
Now shake it well and dig in!
