Busy mornings + low protein = instant chaos. So I started planning one solid breakfast option each week… and it changed EVERYTHING!

✔️ Canadian Bacon (we use and love @jonesdairyfarm – I get mine at Costco!)
✔️ Sliced Cheese
✔️ Avocado
✔️ Spinach
