These FISH SHAPED Ice Cream Treats are delicious!

Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ¼ cup Greek yogurt
• ½ cup whole milk
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 large egg, separated
• ¼ cup sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center and add the milk, Greek yogurt, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg yolk. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
2. In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the batter until just combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
4. Heat a fish-shaped waffle iron. Spoon 3–4 tablespoons of batter into each mold and cook for 2–3 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
5. Once cooled slightly, cut a small slit along the edge of each waffle and carefully spoon soft ice cream into the center.
6. Place the filled waffles in the freezer for about 2 hours to set.
