🥬 Palak Paneer Paratha | Healthy Lunch / Office Lunch Idea
Ingredients
For Palak Dough
• Palak (Spinach) – 1 cup (washed & chopped)
• Wheat flour (Atta) – 1½ cups
• Salt – as needed
• Water – very little, if required
(Green chilli & garlic can be added while grinding palak – optional)

For Paneer Stuffing
• Paneer – ½ cup (crumbled or grated)
• Chopped Onion
• Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
• Salt – to taste
• Jeera (Cumin seeds) – ¼ tsp (optional)
• Pepper powder – a pinch (optional)

For Cooking
• Oil or ghee – very little (for roasting)

👩🍳 Method
1. Grind palak into a smooth paste.
2. In a bowl, add atta, palak paste & salt.
Knead into a soft green dough. Keep aside.
3. In another bowl, add crumbled paneer, chopped green chilli, salt, jeera & pepper.
Mix gently (no turmeric added).
4. Take a portion of palak dough, flatten it slightly.
5. Place paneer stuffing in the center and seal properly.
6. Roll gently into a paratha.
7. Heat a tawa and cook on medium flame using very little oil/ghee.
8. Flip and cook both sides till golden brown spots appear.
