High Protein Chickpea Salad 🥗

This Chickpea Salad is crunchy, spicy and packed with 35g protein without much effort!

Just three major steps and a handful of ingredients to help you reach your protein goal 💪

To make:
Take 100g chickpeas (uncooked) and soak them in water overnight.

Boil the chickpeas and then roast them in a pan until they turn slightly crispy.
Add salt to taste and keep aside.

Chop your favourite vegetables – I’ve used onion, cucumber, tomato and cabbage.

For the dressing:
Blend together:
100g hung curd / thick yogurt
50g paneer
Shimla mirch (capsicum)
2–3 cloves garlic (lehsun)
Lemon juice
Salt to taste

Cumin powder
(Add a little water to adjust the consistency)
Now assemble everything and pour the prepared dressing over the salad.
Mix well and enjoy!
