1.Makhana and puffed rice recipe⬇️
Ingredients
Puffed rice-1/2 cup
Makhana-1/2 cup
Ghee/Oil-1 tsp
Mustard and urad dal- pinch
Curry leaves-2 to 3
Jeera powder
Turmeric
Salt

Method
Dry roast puffed rice and makhana seperately. In the same pan add oil,tadka,spices and add the roasted murmura and makhana. Mix everything well and turn off the flame. Let it cool and store it in an airtight container.

2.Ragi ladoo
Ingredients
Ghee-2 to 3 tablespoons
Ragi flour- 1/2 cup
Almond,cashew and walnut-1 cup
Dates- 6 to 7

In a pan add ghee and ragi flour
Roast it at very low flame for 5 to 6 minutes and set aside to let it cool
In another pan dry roast the nuts and let it cool
Grind dates to paste and add the roasted nuts
Transfer ragi paste to a plate and combine everything together
Roll it into small balls and enjoy

3.Oats and banana muffins
Oats- 1 cup
Banana-2
Egg-2
Butter-1tbsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder-1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract
Jaggery/coconut sugar-1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder
Yogurt-1/2 cup
Chocolate chips(optional)

Add everything to a mixer and blend it. Do not over blend. Pour into a cupcake tin and add chocolate chips. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180°C for 15 to 16 mins until done.

This can be stored for 2 to 3 days at room temperature and one week in fridge.
