These big Mac pastas are going into my cookbook for sure!

Stage 1
3lbs 96/4 beef ⬇️
8g garlic powder
8g paprika
Mixed up and let this cook

Stage 2 ⬇️
Bowl 8oz protein pasta

Stage 3 make your sauce
300g plain Greek yogurt
40g sugar free ketchup
20g yellow mustard
150g sweet relish
3g garlic
3g onion
1g salt
1g pepper
5g white vinegar
10g worcestershire sauce

Stage 4
Your beef is halfway cooked. Add in your onions and let that cook the west side of the way through.

Stage 5 assembly
Your beef and muggings are cooked. Add ⬇️
Your protein pasta
Your big Mac sauce
300g chopped tomatoes

Mix us up and distribute into 10 meal preps

Fridge reheat time, one minute

Freezer reheat time add a little bit of water paper towel over the top. Microwave one minute 30 seconds.

if you would like to make these more calories, simply take all the macros and divide by eight instead of 10 this will give you higher protein and higher calories if you’re a man trying to bulk but if you’re someone losing weight, I highly recommend this meal as it is.
