Tenderize
Seasoning with ⬇️
7g garlic powder
5g salt and pepper blend
8g lemon peppers seasoning
let that cook
Stage 2
Chop up 200g g of zucchini
Chop up 300 g of cucumber
Into a skillet with salt and pepper
Stage 3
Cooked 300 g of raw rice
I went with 2 1/2 cups of water in my rice cooker, just in case you were wondering
Stage 4 lemon pepper sauce
300g plain Greek yogurt
20g lemon juice
8g fresh dill chopped
5g garlic
3g onion powder
2g salt
1g pepper
30g water
Stage 5 plating
Your chicken is done chop it up very fine and add it to your zucchini pan
-Add your rice
-Add your lemon pepper sauce
give this a mix and place this into 10 meal prep containers
