Hey Friends today i am making a high protein breakfast recipes which can help to lose weight as this would keep you fuller for longer
Oats with Almonds Cashew nuts raisins and Boil Egg
Ingredients
OATS 35 Gram ( 3 TBSP)
ALMONDS 10
CASHEW NUT 9
RAISINS 7 to 8
BOILED Egg
1 Full
2 Egg Whites
HONEY 1 TSP
How to Cook
take a not stick pan put 3 tablespoons of white oats with half cup of water. add crushed Almonds, cashew nuts and raisins
cook for 2 minutes
addd 1 tsp honey to enjoy sweet taste avoid sugar
boil 3 eggs
take one complete egg and two egg white as egg white is a good source of protein
1 egg white can give you 3.7 to 4 gm of protein
