Guilt free Cheese Makhana !
Ingredients:
*Makhana
*Ghee
*Cheese Powder
Roast Makhana in ghee for few minutes till the makhana becomes crispy. Now in another pan add ghee and a generous amount of cheese powder. Add the roasted makhana in it and mix till makhana gets well coated with the cheese powder. Enjoy guilt free snacking
