Fresh Mexican Salsa at Home | Easy Healthy Dip for Burrito Bowls

Ingredients:
* Tomato – 2 medium
* Onion – 1 small
* Jalapeños – to taste
* Mexican spice mix – ¼ tsp
* Lemon juice – 1 tsp
* Sugar – ½ tsp
* Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
* Salt & black pepper – to taste
Blend, adjust seasoning, and serve fresh.
