Ingredients:
4 chicken tights(boneless, skinless)
Frozen mixed vegetables, 4-5 cups
garlic, 4 cloves(chopped)
green onion, 4 stems(chopped)
Olive oil
salt, pepper to taste
chili peppers
soy sauce
Chili crunch oil(optional)
sesame seeds(optional)
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a WOK, add the garlic and green onions and fry until light brown. Add the chili and stir. Add the chicken(cut in small bite-size pieces) and cook for a few minutes until golden brown. Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the pan and mix to combine with the chicken. Cook for another 5 minutes, put the lid on and cook until the chicken is done. Add some soy sauce to taste and the green onions. Serve over rice or noodles if you like. Remember, this is an “add whatever you like” recipe. I’m not here to teach you how to cook, I’m only sharing some lunch or dinner ideas, recipes I’m making for my family every week.
