Z: Zero Prep Sandwich 🥪 Ideas for Busy Tiffin Mornings
These zero prep sandwiches have saved me more times than I can count! Because some days… we don’t have time, but nutrition can’t wait!
🥕Hummus Carrot Sandwich – Just spread hummus, add grated carrots along with a dash of salt pepper Classic Hummus @wingreensfarms
🥑Avocado Sandwich – Mash a ripened avocado with a pinch of salt & pepper add finely chopped onion & tomato
🍓Strawberry Chia Sandwich – Just spread jam + sprinkle some chia seeds. Strawberry Jam @our.littlejoys (Code: Tanya10*)
🥜🍌Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich – Slice banana, add peanut butter. Unsweetened Peanut Butter @banter.kitchen (Code:Tan10)
🌽Cheese Corn Sandwich – Mix boiled corn with grated cheese and add salt, pepper, mixed herbs as per taste. Grated mozzarella cheese @amul_india
🍞The Real French Toast – Whisk an egg, add some milk, 1/2 tbsp jaggery powder, 1/4 tsp vanilla essence & a dash of cinnamon. Dip bread, toast it.

🥚Egg Sandwich – Whisk 1 egg, add salt & pepper as per your taster, 1/2 finely chopped onion & tomato. Add some butter or ghee to a non-stick pan, pour the egg mixture onto the pan, spreading it slightly. Quickly place a slice of bread over the raw egg mixture in the pan, gently pressing it down so it sticks to the egg.
