1½ cups (350 g) dry red lentils, soaked for 6–8 hours.
1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 cup (30 g) psyllium husk.
1 tsp baking soda. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
Optional: sprinkle with psyllium husk and sesame seeds on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 60–65 minutes.
After baking, leave in the oven for 6–8 hours.
