Crispy onion pakoda with 40g protein
No deep frying, high protein, perfect for weight loss & gym diet!
Ingredients:
Onion – 2
Green chilli – 4
Coriander leaves – as needed
Haldi – ½ tbsp
Jeera powder – ½ tbsp
Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Rice flour – 1 tbsp
Besan – 60 g
Pea protein – 1 scoop
Salt – to taste
Method:
1.Saare ingredients ko ek bowl me ache se mix karo.
2.Thoda pani add karke thick batter banao.
3. Air fryer basket ko light grease karo.
180°C par 10 minutes air fry karo.
10 minutes baad flip karo.
4. Phir 200°C par 5–6 minutes air fry karo till crispy & golden.
5.For pan fry untill golden in a non stick pan
