This sandwich is:

Ingredients
➡️ Batter
Moong Dal – 1 Cup
Green Chilli – 1
Garlic – 4
Soaked Poha – 1/4 Cup
Salt – to taste
Turmeric / Haldi – 1/2 tsp
Fruit Salt / Soda – 1/4 tsp
➡️ Filling
Oil – 1 tsp
Bell Pepper – 1/2 Cup
Capsicum – 1/4 Cup
Onion – 1/4 Cup
Sweetcorn – 1/4 Cup
Paneer – 40 grams
Salt – to taste
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Oregano – 1/2 tbsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Cheese Slice – Optional
Oil – as required
Steps
➡️ Blend overnight soaked moong dal, poha, salt, haldi, green chilli & garlic. Rest the batter for 10 minutes.
➡️ Sauté veggies and paneer on high flame with salt, pepper, oregano & chilli flakes. Do not overcook.
➡️ Use sandwich maker as shown in the video. Add a layer of batter, vegetables, cheese (optional), and again a layer of batter.
➡️ Cook on high flame for 30 seconds, then low flame for 3–4 minutes. Cook the other side similarly.
➡️ Serve with chutney/dip and seasonal fruits.
