People have pyaaz kheera tamatar & LETTUCE in the name of fiber but the truth is it barely has any. Real fiber comes from other sources & in winters simply add mutter to your diet & you can hit your healthy eating goals like a PRO !

This is for 1 serve

150 g Fresh Green Peas
1/2 small onion
1/2 small tomato
1 small green chilli
Some Coriander
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp hing
1/4 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder , 1/2 tsp coriander powder & 1/4 tsp jeera powder
Salt & Chaat Masala
Lime juice

– Boil water first and then add the green peas, you just want to blanch it for 2 minutes. Don’t over cook it
– If taking it in a tiffin, keep it refrigerated if consuming beyond 2 hours & add salt & lime later for the best & tastiest results
