Ingredients
· 283 grams green beans (10 oz)
· 119 grams snow peas (4 oz)
· 8 kalamata olives
· 3 garlic cloves, minced
· ½ teaspoon black pepper
· ¼ teaspoon salt, to taste
· 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
· Oil for pan
· 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method
Step 1: In a bowl, combine the green beans, olives, garlic, black pepper, salt and olive oil; marinate for 5 minutes.

Step 2: Heat a grill pan on medium high heat with olive oil; separate the green beans from the mixture and add to pan. Saute the green beans for 5 minutes, stirring often.

Step 3: Add in the remaining snow peas/olives mixture and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp and lightly charred. Add in 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and stir.
