PSYLLIUM HUSK YOGHURT

High-fibre, high-protein yoghurt pot – great for digestion + satiety

🍽️ Makes 1 | ⏱️Prep 5 mins + chill 30 mins

Ingredients:
* 150g Greek yoghurt
* 100ml almond milk
* 10g milled chia seeds
* 5g psyllium husks (see notes below)
* 100g mixed berries
* Stevia drops, to taste

Method:
1. In a bowl or jar, mix yoghurt, almond milk, chia seeds, psyllium husks and stevia until smooth.
2. Refrigerate for ~30 minutes until set.
3. Top with mixed berries and enjoy.
Notes:
Psyllium is very high in fibre. If you’re new to it, start with 5g and build up gradually.
Drink plenty of water when consuming psyllium.
I prefer using whole husks rather than powder but you can use either (macros will be different)
