INGREDIENTS:
4 large bananas (very ripe, mashed)
½ cup creamy peanut butter
2 large eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1½ cups all-purpose flour

INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease loaf pan (line with parchment for easy removal)
Mash bananas in a large bowl
Stir in peanut butter, eggs, vanilla, milk, sugars, and cinnamon
In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Fold dry ingredients into banana mixture
Pour into prepared pan
Bake 40-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
Cool 5-10 minutes before removing from pan
