Recipe of Healthy Air Fryer Weight Loss Namkeen

Air fry at 180°C for 4–5 minutes (or till crispy):
• Murmura
• Makhana
• Peanuts
• Dry coconut slices

Shake once in between for even crispiness.

🌶 Tadka for that chatpata flavour

Heat 1–2 tsp mustard oil, then add:
• Jeera
• Saunf
• Hing

Switch off flame and mix in:
• Red chilli powder
• Haldi
• Salt
• 1 tsp sugar (optional)
