Ingredients:
-1/2 Cup Rolled Oats (50g)
-1 Ripe Banana (~80g)
-25g Protein Powder
-50g Fat Free Greek Yogurt
-1 Egg
-2 Tsp Zero Cal Sweetener
-1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
-2 Tsp Cocoa Powder
-50g Rasperries
-10g White Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.) In an oven safe dish add in the banana and mash it up.
3.) Then add in the oats, protein powder, greek yogurt, egg, baking powder, cocoa powder, sweetener and ~40 grams of your raspberries then mix.
4.) Top with the remaining raspberries and white chocolate chips.
5.) Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes depending on the consistency you want. (20 minutes for a gooey middle.)
