Ingredients (4–6 chilla | 15 mins + soak)
• 1 cup urad dal (soaked 4–5 hrs, ground to paste)
• ½ cup rice flour or sooji (for crispiness)
• 1 small onion (finely chopped)
• 1–2 green chillies (finely chopped)
• 1 tsp ginger (grated)
• 2 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• ½ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed (medium batter)
• Oil for cooking (minimal for weight loss)
