The point of this recipe is high volume, low calorie, dessert vibes without blowing your calories!
👨🍳 Ingredients, 1 serve
✅ Lite Raspberry Jelly, 500g
✅ YoPRO Vanilla Protein Yoghurt (or any protein yoghurt) could also use Greek, 160g
✅ Meringue nest, 1
✅ Raspberries, 50g, 1.8oz
✅ Blueberries, 50g, 1.8oz
✅ Blackberries, 50g, 1.8oz
✅ Queens Sugar free strawberry sundae topping, 20ml (could use maple or honey) just need to factor in additional calories
👉 Method
Prepare the jelly as directed.
While still liquid, mix through the YoPRO vanilla yoghurt until smooth.
Pour into a bowl or container and refrigerate overnight to set.
Once set, top with crushed meringue, berries, and finish with the sugar free syrup.
