This avocado methi paratha is rich in good fats, fiber, and nutrients — perfect for weight management, gut health, and a wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients:

1avocado
1/2 cup whole wheat flour (add more if required)
1 cup fresh methi leaves
1/4 cup Onion Strips
1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves
1-2 green chilli chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix together avocado, chopped methi leaves,onions strips coriander leaves,green chilli,salt and chilli flakes, Add half of the flour and mix. Add remaining half and make a dough. Add more if required!

Cook on tawa. You can use ghee or oil or eat them just plain.
