Boiled chicken breast (shredded) – 1 cup
(or paneer/tofu for veg option)
Boiled egg – 1 (chopped) (optional)
Onion – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Tomato – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Greek yogurt / hung curd – 3 tbsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Lemon juice – 1 tsp

2️⃣ For sandwich
Brown bread / multigrain bread – 4 slices
Butter or olive oil – for light toasting
Lettuce leaves – optional

1️⃣ In a bowl, add chicken, egg, onion, capsicum, tomato, and yogurt.
2️⃣ Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes, and lemon juice. Mix well.
