🥪 Day 17 | 21-Day Healthy Breakfast Challenge 💚
Today I made a crispy paneer mayo sandwich — super filling, creamy and rich in protein. Perfect for busy mornings 🌞✨
🧂 Ingredients:
• 100 gm paneer (mashed)
• 1 small capsicum (chopped)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• Fresh coriander (chopped)
• 1 tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp oregano
• black pepper powder
• 1–2 tbsp mayonnaise
• Salt as per taste
• Bread slices
• Tomato ketchup
• Butter (for roasting)
👩‍🍳 Preparation Method:
1️⃣ In a mixing bowl, add mashed paneer.
2️⃣ Add chopped capsicum, onion and fresh coriander.
3️⃣ Add chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper, mayonnaise and salt.
4️⃣ Mix everything well with a spoon to prepare the stuffing.
5️⃣ Take one bread slice and spread the paneer mixture.
6️⃣ On the other slice, apply tomato ketchup.
7️⃣ Close the sandwich, spread a little butter outside.
8️⃣ Roast on a hot tawa until golden and crispy.
9️⃣ Serve hot and enjoy 😋
