MEAL PREP WITH ME | HIGH PROTEIN, FAMILY FRIENDLY MEALS FOR THE WEEK

Welcome back 🤍 Today I’m sharing a meal prep with me where I put together several meals to help feed our family throughout the week. Meal prepping when I can truly saves me — because when dinner plans fall apart or life gets busy (which it always does), I have something to fall back on.

The work I put in now is always thanked by my future self… and let me tell you, this week’s recipes are BANGING 🔥
Healthy, family friendly, high in protein, easy to make, and absolutely flavor packed. Minimal ingredients, maximum results — every single time.

I made 5 dinner recipes (that can also double as lunches) plus 1 dessert, so 6 recipes total. This is exactly the kind of reset I committed to at the start of 2026 — being more intentional about cooking at home and not waiting until 5pm to figure out what’s for dinner. And listen… that still happens sometimes 😅 but it happens a LOT less when I meal prep like this.

1️⃣ Teriyaki Chicken Marinade
