🧅 Ingredients

1 big onion – finely chopped
4 small green chillies – finely chopped
Moringa leaves – 1 handful (washed & chopped)
Coriander leaves – little (chopped)
Mint leaves – little (chopped)
Salt – as needed
Baking soda – a pinch
Rice flour – ½ cup
Besan (Badan mukal) – ½ cup
Water – as required
Oil – for deep frying

👩‍🍳 Method

Prepare mixture

In a bowl, add chopped onion, green chillies, moringa leaves, coriander & mint leaves.
Add salt and mix well.
Add flours
Add rice flour and besan.
Mix everything nicely.
Add water
Sprinkle little water and mix.
Batter should be thick (not watery).
Add baking soda
Add a pinch of baking soda and mix gently.
Frying
Heat oil in a kadai.
Take small portions of batter and drop into hot oil.
Fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Drain oil
