You only need some bread! So quick and delicious, you won’t regret it. The recipe:INGREDIENTS
 stale bread
 4 tbsp yogurt
 150g grated cheese
 3 eggs
 3 tbsp flour
 1 tsp salt
 parsley
 
METHOD

Cut the bread into slices and set aside. In a bowl mix eggs, flour, yogurt and salt. Add some greens.
Dip the slices of bread in this mixture and fry in a pan on both sides
