Masala Macaroni

Macaroni 250 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Cook it for 10 minutes
Drain it and wash with cold water
Oil 2 tsp
Chopped onions 1 cup
Saute for 2 minutes
Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp
Chopped green chilli 1
Chopped tomatoes 1/2 cup
Cook for a minute
Salt 1 tsp
Chopped beans 1/4 cup
Chopped carrots 1/2 cup
Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Cover and cook for 5 minutes
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Oreganoes 1 tsp
Red chilli sauce 2 tsp
Tomato sauce 4 tsp
Boiled macaroni
Mix well
Fresh cream 1 tsp
Mix well and Serve hot

Beetroot pulao

Butter 2 tsp
Cumin seeds tsp
Black pepper 4-5
Green cardamom 2
Clove 4
Tez patta 1
Cashews 4-6
Thinly sliced onions 1 cup
Saute for a minute
Chopped beetroot 1-1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Mix well
Soaked rice 1 cup
Water 1-1/2 cup
Mix well
Cook upto 1 whistle

Mix Dal Dosa

Rice 1 cup
Split moong dal 1/2 cup
Moong dal 1/4 cup
Chana dal 2 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Water
Leave it for 7-8 hours
Wash it properly
Transfer into jar
Green chilli 2
Ginger
Grind a smooth paste
Hing 1/4 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Grease the tawa
Pour mixture over it
Spread it
Cook from both sides
