Ingredients:
-6 Eggs
-3 Cups Egg Whites (720g)
-3 Cups Cottage Cheese (660g)
-3 Bell Peppers
-1 Yellow Onion
-12 Pieces of Center Cut Bacon
-2 Cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese (226g)
-1 Tsp Garlic Powder
-1 Tsp Onion Powder
-2 Tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions:
1.) Cook bacon until crispy; cool.
2.) Set out 6 containers and add eggs, egg whites, cottage cheese, veggies, bacon, cheese, and seasonings; mix.
3.) Bake at 400°F for 35–45 min until set.
