Recipe – Oats Dosa

Ingredients

1 cup oats (powdered)

¼ cup rice flour

¼ cup curd

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1–2 green chilies (finely chopped)

1 tsp cumin seeds

Salt to taste

Water as needed

Oil for cooking

Coriander leaves (optional)

Method

Dry roast oats lightly and grind into a fine powder.

In a bowl, add oats powder, rice flour, curd, salt, and water to make a thin batter.

Add onion, green chilies, cumin seeds, and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Heat a tawa, grease lightly, and pour a ladle of batter. Spread gently.

Drizzle oil and cook on medium flame until golden and crisp.

Flip if needed and cook the other side.

Serve hot with chutney or sambar
