Murmure Ki Chaat | Healthy Snack Recipe

Ingredients
Murmure – 100 grams
Roasted peanuts – 25 grams
Chopped green chilli – 1
Chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped onion – 1 mid sized
Chopped tomato – 1 small
Chopped cucumber – 25 grams
Chopped carrot – 20 grams
Mustard oil – 1/2 teaspoon
Sev – 20 grams
Chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice – 1/2 teaspoon

Preparation
Roast murmure for 2 minutes on low heat. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add roasted peanuts, chopped green chilli, chilli powder, salt. Mix well.
Add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped cucumber, grated carrot and mix well. Add mustard oil and mix well. Add sev, chopped coriander and lemon juice. Mix well.
